F310.US
Welcome to F310.US – and thanks for stopping by!
I've always wanted to own an older car. There's just something about them – they make you drive in the true sense of the word. You have to listen to the engine, feel the road, and really connect with the car. Modern vehicles are incredibly comfortable, but in many ways, they've become more like living rooms or mobile offices. They're a little too relaxed.
In 2021, I had the idea to import a Lada Niva from Russia to the U.S. Unfortunately, due to well-known political events, I was unable to arrange shipping. So, I started looking for alternatives – and that’s when I found my Daihatsu Rocky F310 in Colorado. It had just 22,680 miles on it and was in near-original condition.

About Me
Hello! My name is Gene, and I’m a proud Daihatsu Rocky F310 owner.
Currently, I own two Rockies. One of them is my main project – I’m investing all my time and money into restoring and upgrading it. The second one is in storage, waiting for me to decide its fate.
I’ve been a Daihatsu Rocky owner since April 2022, and over time, I’ve slowly become something of an expert on these unique little trucks.
I grew up in the USSR, where one of the professions I trained for was as a military driver-mechanic. So, I know a thing or two about cars – and how to fix them when they don’t cooperate.
Being multilingual has allowed me to connect with Daihatsu Rocky communities around the world – especially in the U.S. and in the countries of the former USSR. The passion for these vehicles is genuinely global.
I created this website to contribute to the Daihatsu F300-series community and help enthusiasts everywhere – whether through a growing knowledge base or just by sharing some fun facts.
I am also running several digital resources dedicated to the Rocky – including channels on Telegram, YouTube, and more.
